What are the Primary Sources?
What are the Volumes?
What does all this mean?

Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop exploring the heart of the Orff Schulwerk approach! In “Sing, Dance, and Play the Orff Schulwerk Way,” participants will dive into the primary sources—the original Orff Schulwerk Volumes and supplements—to experience the rich musical language that has inspired generations of music educators and students.

Through singing, movement, and instrumental play, we’ll explore foundational processes and pedagogical gems directly from "The Volumes". Together, we’ll learn, play through pieces, and discuss concepts, teaching strategies, and classroom applications.

This workshop aims to unpack "The Volumes" — revealing them as accessible, inspiring resources filled with creative possibilities for every music classroom. Whether you’re new to Orff Schulwerk or seeking to reconnect with its roots, you’ll leave energized, inspired, and ready to sing, dance, and play your way into joyful music-making!
