Michelle Fella Przybylowski is presently a Music Teacher for Cheltenham School District (PA) at Cheltenham Elementary School (K-4) and has taught there since 1991. She carries a certification in Orff-Schulwerk from West Chester University and an AOSA teacher certification from the University of Massachusetts. She has received certification from the Choral Music Experience and Kodály Certification. Michelle serves as the Program Chair for the Philadelphia Area Orff-Schulwerk Association and Region V Representative for The American Orff-Schulwerk National Board of Trustees, and served on the editorial board for The Orff Echo.
Michelle has earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Chestnut Hill College and a Masters in Music Education from West Chester University. As an adjunct senior professor, Mrs. Przybylowski teaches at The University of the Arts, offering course studies in Elementary Music Methods, Music and Special Children: Part II, Historical and Philosophical Foundations of Music Education, and Alternative Ensemble. Annually, she offers workshops in the Orff-Schulwerk Approach, Kodály, and Assertive Discipline. She has presented sessions for the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association, NAfME Eastern Division conference, and the American Orff-Schulwerk Association National Conference, Philadelphia Area Orff Schulwerk Association, Maryland Music Educators Association, and other AOSA chapters. She served as a member of the Education Advisory Council for the Philadelphia Orchestra. She created and presented a music program in Taiwan working with pre-school and kindergarten children, “Teaching English Through Speech and Song” at Chen Kuo Kindergarten in Toufen.
